We know that it can be difficult finding mental health support, so we try to offer flexibility in our services.

Short-term therapy

Short-term therapy usually lasts between 6 and 16 weeks have gives you an opportunity to explore a specific issue or problem with a specific goal or objective in mind.

Long-term therapy

In addition to providing short-term therapy that is traditionally meant to be a brief solution for a person’s mental health problems, we also provide long-term therapy. Depending on the situation, long-term therapy can be a solution for people who have been struggling with mental health issues for years.
